About Meridian Playground
Located in the shadows of the Meridian School, Meridian playground is a family friendly park with a lot of greenspace as well as a large play area. The play area skews towards younger kids with large sand pits, and small playground equipment. There are also more swings here than any park we’ve found in Seattle.

There is a children’s book and children’s art theme throughout the park. If your child can read, they might have fun finding all of the book titles on rocks throughout the park. Maybe even bring some paper for some etchings of the book titles for an interesting collection.

Meridian Playground is a quiet neighborhood park. It contains a large grassy area for any open activities, a play area and a gazebo near. There’s a large open, but covered shelter which makes a great place for picnics on those rainy days.
